some of the items you may attend to during the escrow period.

ONCE YOUR
LOAN HAS BEEN APPROVED;

Set a time
for a walk-through inspection, if necessary.

Arrange
date and time to sign your loan documents through escrow.

Verify the
amount of money you will need to bring into escrow to close.
AND THE TYPES OF CHECKS THAT ARE ACCEPTABLE!

Call the
utility companies to have the services changed into your
name at a mutually agreed upon time with the seller.

Verify
where house, association, mailbox keys and any other openers
will be left.
